Hookaverse is a portfolio and launch platform for DeFi products built with Uniswap v4 custom hook logic. HookFi is its flagship project — a vision for simplified token issuance, flexible liquidity management, and community-funded pools, all powered by programmable hooks at the swap layer.
Origin
The foundation of Hookaverse was laid in 2025 inside Atrium Academy's Uniswap Hook Incubator — UHI5 — a structured program of talks, product demos, and workshops built around Uniswap v4's defining new primitive: custom hooks.
Uniswap v4 had officially launched on the Ethereum mainnet on January 30, 2025, with hooks as its headline feature. UHI5 arrived as builders were beginning to understand what that meant in practice — how hooks attach to swap pools and inject custom logic at key lifecycle points, opening the door to fee structures, liquidity rules, and participation models that were simply not expressible before at the protocol level.
Alongside the talks and workshops, the program included a hookathon — a build-and-submit challenge where participants could take a hook concept from idea to implementation. That prompt became the seed of HookFi, and Hookaverse was built as its home.
What Hookaverse Is
Hookaverse is a portfolio site for hook-powered development. It exists to showcase and launch projects that use custom Uniswap hook logic as their foundation — not as an add-on, but as the core mechanism through which liquidity, participation, and DeFi primitives are defined and expressed.
Features
- One-click token issuance, including immortal leverage tokens. Immortal leverage tokens offer perpetual, low-risk DeFi exposure.
- Hooks manage single-sided liquidity (lending or balancing). Custom hooks for single-sided liquidity provisioning.
- Crowdfunding deepens pools; fees reward contributors. Incentivised community crowdfunding built into the liquidity layer.
- Liquidity locking ensures stability. Dynamic Hookaverse ecosystem, accessible via hookaverse.com
